Ms. Miller created NICODA in 2008 to unite people of different cultures and ethnicities through the performing arts. She grew up in Jamaica, West Indies. Her's was a musical family. Osmond Miller, her father, was a celebrated singer whose musical albums were island favorites. She spent many years in recording studios and performed in local theatrical productions, winning First Place in several National Performing Arts Competitions.

Elisa Tjioe grew up in Indonesia.  She moved to the United States in 1995 and studied Accounting at The University of Tennessee.  After living in New York for almost 10 years, she moved back to Tennessee in 2010 to share a household with her new husband.

Jeany Persaud was born in Guyana, but moved to the United States in 1978.  In 1981, she joined the US Army and served 8 years in the Reserves, travelling extensively abroad and in the United States. She and her husband are parents to four children.

Leonard Shostak is a graduate of Queens College and has been in the Consulting Business since 1992.  He resides in Brooklyn, New York with his family and is an Eagle Scout and Entrepreneur and a Principal in the Consulting Firm, Box of Rain, which helps small businesses, entrepreneurs and growth-oriented firms take their businesses to the next level through better management strategies.

Dana Humphrey is the lead Marketing and PR Consultant and Owner at Whitegate PR with experience publicizing small and large businesses, artists, authors and non-profits in the U.S. and abroad, with a specific focus in consumer, professional services and retail industries – especially in the pet industry!
